Make real-time payments with cash at participating locations. Go to SmartHub > Bill & Pay > Pay by Cash. A $1.50 convenience fee is charged by the service provider.

Lobby
We are happy to assist you in our office. We are located at 633 7th Street NW, Salem, Oregon and office hours are Monday–Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. excluding holidays. Office closed 12:30–1:30.
Self-Service Kiosk
Open 24 hours a day. Accepts cash, checks, or credit cards. Located outside our office.

Billing Options
Average Pay
Average your bill to avoid monthly ups and downs. Average Pay is available for residential members who have had continuous service at their current location for at least 12 months.
Prepaid Billing
With prepaid billing, you choose how and when you pay for electricity, the same way you buy gasoline or a prepaid phone card.
Purchasing electricity as you go means there is no due date and you can make payments when it fits your budget. Best of all there are no surprise bills, security deposits, or late fees.
