Salem Electric Undergraduate College Scholarships

Salem Electric offers ten $1,500 college scholarships each year to applicants of all ages who meet eligibility requirements. Scholarships are awarded based on school activities, academic promise, and quality of application and essay. The Oregon Office of Student Access and Completion(OSAC) administers the application process and selection of scholarship recipients.

Eligibility Requirements

• Applicants’ primary address must be served by Salem Electric.
• Applicants must be high school graduates (including home-school graduates) or GED recipients and must be planning to enroll in a full-time undergraduate program.
• Salem Electric staff, board members, and their immediate family members are ineligible.

Oregon Office of Student Access and Completion (OSAC)

The Oregon Office of Student Access and Completion(OSAC) administers the application process and selection of scholarship recipients. The OSAC Scholarship Application provides current and future Oregon students one easy application to apply for multiple scholarships at one time. OSAC awards more than $10 million in scholarships annually through more than 600 scholarships.
